Metoden er baseret p\u00e5 forskning i tilknytningsteori og f\u00f8lelsernes rolle i vores oplevelse af os selv og hinanden. I EFT arbejder vi med at forst\u00e5 og forandre de f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige m\u00f8nstre, som ofte ligger bag konflikter, afstand eller mistrivsel i parforholdet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/parterapi-kbh.dk\">Parterapi K\u00f8benhavn<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EFT blev udviklet af Dr. Sue Johnson og bygger p\u00e5 den grundl\u00e6ggende forst\u00e5else, at vi mennesker har brug for f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig tilknytning og tryghed i vores n\u00e6re relationer. N\u00e5r vi f\u00f8ler os afvist, kritiseret eller ikke h\u00f8rt, kan det aktivere dybe f\u00f8lelser af usikkerhed eller ensomhed. Disse f\u00f8lelser kan f\u00f8re til negative m\u00f8nstre, som ofte udspiller sig som kritik, forsvar, tilbagetr\u00e6kning eller vrede. EFT hj\u00e6lper par med at bryde disse m\u00f8nstre og i stedet skabe en dybere kontakt og gensidig forst\u00e5else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvordan foreg\u00e5r EFT i praksis?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Emotionsfokuseret Terapi tager vi udgangspunkt i de konflikter eller udfordringer, som fylder i parforholdet her og nu. M\u00e5let er ikke kun at l\u00f8se konkrete problemer, men ogs\u00e5 at arbejde med de underliggende f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige dynamikker, der ofte gentager sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som terapeut guider jeg jer igennem tre faser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kortl\u00e6gning af m\u00f8nstrene:<\/strong>&nbsp;Vi identificerer de negative interaktionsm\u00f8nstre, der skaber afstand mellem jer. Samtidig unders\u00f8ger vi, hvilke f\u00f8lelser og behov der ligger bag reaktionerne hos hver af jer. Mange par oplever, at de i denne fase f\u00e5r en ny forst\u00e5else af sig selv og hinanden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skabelse af nye forbindelser:<\/strong>&nbsp;N\u00e5r de underliggende f\u00f8lelser og behov bliver tydeligere, arbejder vi p\u00e5 at skabe nye m\u00e5der at kommunikere og forbinde jer med hinanden p\u00e5. Dette indeb\u00e6rer ofte, at I l\u00e6rer at udtrykke s\u00e5rbare f\u00f8lelser og lytte til hinanden p\u00e5 en mere \u00e5ben og empatisk m\u00e5de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrering og vedligeholdelse:<\/strong>&nbsp;N\u00e5r de nye m\u00f8nstre begynder at tage form, hj\u00e6lper jeg jer med at styrke og fastholde dem i jeres dagligdag. M\u00e5let er at g\u00f8re jeres relation mere robust, s\u00e5 I bedre kan h\u00e5ndtere fremtidige udfordringer sammen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvorfor v\u00e6lge EFT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EFT er en evidensbaseret metode, som har vist sig at v\u00e6re s\u00e6rdeles effektiv for par i krise eller par, der \u00f8nsker at styrke deres relation. Forskning viser, at op mod 70-75 % af par oplever en markant forbedring i deres forhold efter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emotionfocusedtherapyinstitute.com\">EFT<\/a>-forl\u00f8b, og 90 % oplever, at terapien har haft en positiv effekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En af styrkerne ved EFT er, at terapien fokuserer p\u00e5 at skabe varige forandringer. Det handler ikke kun om at h\u00e5ndtere konflikter midlertidigt, men om at skabe et fundament af tryghed og f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig n\u00e6rhed, som styrker jeres relation p\u00e5 lang sigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Er EFT noget for jer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emotionsfokuseret Terapi er velegnet til par, der oplever alt fra alvorlige konflikter til mindre misforst\u00e5elser, som skaber afstand. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re for jer, der \u00f8nsker at genfinde gnisten eller forebygge problemer i parforholdet.
